Policies & Legal Information.
Clear information about hosting services, payments, cancellations, acceptable use and how we handle customer information. Please read these policies before placing an order.
1. Terms of Service
These terms apply to customers ordering or using web hosting and related services from HostFluxer Online ("HostFluxer", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that service and the policies on this page.
Services and account setup
- Hosting plans, included resources, billing cycles and prices are shown on the relevant product page and confirmed at WHMCS checkout.
- For the Personal Starter plan, the advertised allocation is 5 GB disk space, 50 GB monthly bandwidth, one primary website, five email accounts, three MySQL databases, five subdomains, two FTP accounts, one domain alias and zero addon domains.
- Customers must provide a domain they own or are authorised to use, and may need to update that domain's DNS settings for hosting to work.
- An order or uploaded payment receipt is not proof that funds have arrived. Hosting accounts are created after payment verification and manual order approval; activation is not instant or guaranteed at a particular time.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate contact information, maintaining account passwords and two-factor authentication where available, the legality and security of your website content, keeping software updated, and retaining independent backups of your content.
Availability and maintenance
Hosting can be affected by maintenance, network issues, upstream providers, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. No specific uptime or compensation guarantee applies unless expressly stated in your purchased plan or a separate written service agreement.
2. Billing & Payments
Prices and the applicable billing cycle are displayed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) during checkout. Customers should review the invoice amount and payment instructions before paying.
- HostFluxer may provide manual payment options through the official billing portal, including available mobile financial services or bank-transfer instructions. Use only the receiving details displayed on your official invoice.
- Where a transaction reference or receipt is requested, submit it through the official billing process. We independently verify receipt of funds before recording a payment as paid.
- Recurring hosting invoices are generally generated 14 days before their due date. Notices may be sent seven days before due and on days 1, 3 and 5 after the due date.
- An unpaid hosting service may be suspended after seven days past its due date. Suspension may make the website, email and files inaccessible until the overdue payment is verified and the service can be restored.
- There is currently no automatic late-payment fee. Any material future change to fees or payment terms will be disclosed through the relevant order, invoice, or policy notice.
Do not rely on email screenshots, unofficial agents or messages containing changed payment details. Contact HostFluxer through the official client portal if payment instructions appear suspicious.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
HostFluxer offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible first-time shared-hosting purchases, including Mini, Personal Starter, Business and Pro plans when available. The guarantee applies to monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, biennial and triennial billing cycles.
If you are not satisfied with your eligible hosting service, you may request a full refund of the initial hosting fee within 30 calendar days from the date of service activation. This guarantee covers the hosting portion of the initial purchase, not separately charged products or services.
How to request cancellation or a refund
Open a billing support ticket through the official HostFluxer client portal. Include your invoice number, affected service and payment reference, but do not include passwords or sensitive payment credentials.
- Before activation: If you have made a verified hosting payment but your hosting account has not yet been provisioned, you may request cancellation and a refund of the hosting fee.
- Within the first 30 days: An eligible first-time shared-hosting customer may request a full refund of the initial hosting fee within 30 calendar days from activation, subject to the exclusions below and applicable law.
- After 30 days and for renewals: The 30-day guarantee does not restart on renewal and does not cover renewal payments. Requests outside the guarantee period will be assessed under the applicable order terms and law; refunds of unused hosting time are not automatically guaranteed.
- Excluded charges: Domain registrations, renewals and transfers, third-party licenses, separately purchased add-ons and professional services are not covered by this hosting-fee guarantee, except where required by applicable law. These services may incur non-recoverable third-party charges.
- Fraud or material abuse: The guarantee does not apply to fraudulent purchases or material misuse of the service that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, subject to applicable law. Ordinary dissatisfaction with the hosting service is a valid reason to request an eligible refund.
- Duplicate or incorrect payments: Confirmed overpayments, duplicate payments and billing errors may be reported for correction and refund where due, regardless of the 30-day guarantee period.
- Renewal cancellation: Request cancellation before the next invoice becomes payable. Cancelling hosting does not automatically cancel or change a domain held with another provider.
Refund processing and your data
We will verify the original transaction and the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where feasible, or another appropriate available payment channel. Processing time depends on the payment method and provider.
Cancellation or refund may result in hosting service termination and loss of hosted files, databases and emails. Please keep independent backups of your data before requesting cancellation.
Nothing in this policy limits customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Bangladesh law.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
HostFluxer services may be used only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not threaten the security, reliability or availability of shared systems.
Prohibited activities include:
- Phishing, scams, identity theft, fraud and impersonation.
- Malware hosting or distribution, botnets, unauthorised intrusion and attacks against other systems.
- Unsolicited bulk email, abusive mailing practices and attempts to evade sending limits.
- Hosting or distributing content that infringes applicable law or third-party intellectual property rights.
- Using shared hosting resources to disrupt other accounts, bypass stated package limits or run prohibited high-load processes.
- Attempting to access other customers' data or systems without authorisation.
We may investigate reported abuse and temporarily restrict or suspend affected services when reasonably necessary to protect customers, infrastructure or comply with lawful requirements. We will seek to provide notice when appropriate and feasible.
5. Privacy Policy

For enquiries about access, correction or deletion of personal information, contact us through the official support portal. Some records may need to be kept where required by law or for legitimate transaction records.
Cookies and sessions
The website and billing portal may use essential cookies or session technologies to support login, security and checkout. Any additional analytics or third-party features are subject to their applicable disclosures.
